- The voucher must be presented upon arrival at the spa.
- Voucher validity: 12 months from the date of purchase.
- All our massages are carried out following hygiene and safety protocols. Nitrile gloves are used and the images shown are for reference purposes only.
- In order to receive massages and treatments, it is essential to make a reservation in advance by calling 928849582 or sending an email to infospa@hotelcostacalero.com.
- In case of not attending the scheduled appointment and not informing us of the cancellation at least 12 hours in advance, the voucher will be considered used and cannot be used on another occasion.
- Once the reservation is confirmed, changes or refunds are not permitted and the voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
