Terms and Conditions
- The gift certificate must be presented upon arrival at the spa.
- Voucher validity: 12 months from the date of purchase.
- All our massages are performed in accordance with hygiene and safety protocols. Nitrile gloves are used, and the images shown are for reference only.
- To receive massages and treatments, you must make a reservation in advance by calling 928849582 or sending an email to infospa@hotelcostacalero.com.
- If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and do not cancel at least 12 hours in advance, the voucher will be considered used and cannot be used at a later date.
- For purchased packages, all included services must be used on the same day.
- Once the reservation is confirmed, no changes or refunds are permitted, and the voucher is not redeemable for cash.
Reservations cannot be made from June 14 through June 20, 2027, inclusive, due to the Thalasso’s annual maintenance.
