Corporate transparency is part of the corporate social responsibility (CSR) strategy of our company, it is a voluntary act with which we want to contribute to an informed society, generating confidence in the environment by giving an account of our relationship with the public administration.
The company Costa Canaria S.L. has obtained public aid amounting to more than €60,000, so in this section we include information related to its activity, in compliance with:
Law 19/2013, of 9 December, on Transparency, Access to Public Information and Good Governance, assists all persons duly
to obtain public information that includes the contents or documents, whatever their format or support, that are in the possession of any of the subjects included in the scope of application of the aforementioned regulation and that have been prepared or acquired in the exercise of their functions. In the scope of the Autonomous Community of the Canary Islands, Law 12/2014, of 26 December, on Transparency and Access to Public Information, establishes the regulation of the necessary instruments for administrative transparency and includes, in its Title III, the rules governing the right of access to public information, regulated and guaranteed by the aforementioned Law 19/2013, of 9 December, which has the character of basic state legislation.

Costa Canaria SL will keep this portal updated so that our customers, suppliers and the general public can consult our activity, in accordance with the Transparency Law 19/2013 and Law 12/2014, of 26 December, on Transparency and Access to Public Information of the Canary Islands Government.
