• Children from 4 to 14 years old

• Once the booking is confirmed, no changes or refunds will be accepted.
• Not redeemable for cash.
• Present yourself at reception when you arrive.
• Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• Not valid on the following dates: January 6th, Easter week, from July 1st to August 31st, December 25th, and December 31st.
• Proof of residence in Lanzarote is required.
• Voucher not redeemable for cash.
• Balinese bed not included in the price.

The active pool, as well as the sauna and hammam area, will be closed due to the legally required annual cleaning from June 15th, 2026 to June 21st, 2026 inclusive.
