For HOTEL COSTA CALERO THALASSO & SPA , taking care of our guests and our employees is and will be our main goal. That is why we have implemented the measures required by the Ministry of Health as detailed below:

 

OUR STAFF

 

Before reopening all our staff will be trained and the hotel will undergo a health and hygiene audit and will obtain a certification by a state-certified specialized institute. 

Before our staff returns  to work, everyone will undergo a Covid-19 test.

 

They will be protected at all times, having the necessary equipment to carry out their work with all the sanitary guarantees

 

NEW STANDARDS

 

Strict control and disinfection of all goods entering the hotel.

Specific contingency plan to apply in COVID19 detection cases.

Personal protection, such as nose-mouth protections are available for the guests in our bazaar.

 

ROOMS

Cleaning and disinfection of rooms with approved sanitary products, paying special attention to most used elements.

Removing decorative and non-essential elements.

Rooms will be cleaned when the guests are not in. 

 

PUBLIC  AREAS

Hydro alcoholic gel dispensers throughout the hotel, mandatory use in all restaurants and bars. 

New cleaning protocols to ensure disinfection of most used elements

Recommended routes of circulation and visual signs will be established to guarantee the social distance between the guests  (1.5m) 

 

RECEPTION

 

At the Hotel’s entrance will be a disinfectant mat as well as hydro alcoholic gel dispensers for mandatory use 

Protective screens at the counter

Entrance and exit paths marked with safety distance markers (1. 5 meters). Possibility of downloading the Hotel App to consult the services and schedules of our facilities 

 

POOLS AND SUN TERRACES

Separation between sunbeds to maintain the recommended safety distance

Cleaning and disinfection of sunbeds and  sun terraces twice a day  

Water quality control following strict protocols set by the Health Department

 

ENTERTAINMENT

Implementation of new protocols to ensure hygiene and social distance

The day and evening programmes are adapted to the “new reality”.

 

RESTAURANTS 

The use of Hydro alcoholic gel displayed at the entrance of each Restaurant is compulsory. We highly recommend washing your hands.
