INFO COVID-19 TESTING
According to the law 17/2020 published the 31st October 2020, all visitors over the age of six who are not arriving from Canary Islands must
present a certificate that is officially recognised by the healthcare authorities to show that they have tested negative for active COVID-19
infection in the past 72 hours. This certificate will be required to check in our Hotel and any other tourist accommodation in the islands as
of the 14th November 2020. You may show a digital or hard copy of it and it must contain the date and time the test was taken, the identity of
the individual taking it, the laboratory responsible for verification and the nature of the laboratory, and the negative result.
If you are travelling from outside Spain: Health control form (FCS form) which you must complete and sign telematically before you travel to
Canary Islands. Get your form and sign it on the Spanish Spain Travel Health site or the Android or iOs apps. When you have signed it, you will
get a QR code which you must present when you reach Canaries (both the digital and printed forms are valid). Remember you must complete a
separate form for each journey and person.
We recommend that you check with your airline, travel agent or the Ministry of Health, Spain Travel Health, website a few days before you

That is why we have implemented the measures required by the Ministry of Health as detailed below:
OUR STAFF
All our staff have been trained and we have undergone a health and hygiene audit as well as certification
by a state-certified hygiene institute. Our staff has undergone a Covid-19 test prior to their incorporation into the job.
They will be protected at all times, having the necessary equipment to carry out their work with all the sanitary guarantees
NEW STANDARDS
Strict control and disinfection of all goods entering the hotel.
Specific contingency plan to apply in COVID19 detection cases.
ROOMS
Cleaning and disinfection of rooms with approved sanitary products, paying special attention to most used elements.
Removing decorative and non-essential elements.
Rooms will be cleaned when the guests are not in.
PUBLIC AREAS
Hydroalcoholic gel dispensers throughout the hotel, mandatory use in all restaurants and bars.

Recommended routes of circulation and visual signs will be established to guarantee the social distance between the guests (1.5m)
RECEPTION
At the Hotel’s entrance will be a disinfectant mat as well as hydroalcoholic gel dispensers for mandatory use

Temperature control before check-in.
Entrance and exit paths marked with safety distance markers (1. 5 meters). Possibility of downloading the Hotel App to consult the services and schedules of our facilities.

POOLS AND SUN TERRACES
The separation between sunbeds to maintain the recommended safety distance

RESTAURANTS
The use of Hydroalcoholic gel displayed at the entrance of each Restaurant is compulsory. We highly recommend washing your hands.
Wearing a mouth – nose protection is mandatory while taking the food from the buffet.
The use of hydroalcoholic gel is mandatory for handling tweezers, spoons and other buffet utensils.

At breakfast and lunch there are no tablecloths but individual doilies,
during dinner the tablecloth will be changed after each use.
Following the guidelines of the Spanish Ministry of Health to minimize the risk of contagion by Covid19.
A small part of the Buffet dishes will be presented in individual portions and can be taken directly by you.
The rest of the dishes will be served by our Cooks.
Please do not touch the tongs of the Buffet and wait to be served.

THALASSO & SPA CENTER
Capacity is limited due to the pandemic, so appointments are essential.
Fitness Center Temporarily closed according to the new Covid Regulations imposed by the Canary Islands Government
It is necessary to make an appointment to use the Spa and the Gym
You must use the disinfectant mat when entering.
It is mandatory to apply Disinfectant Gel when entering the Spa.
Wearing a mouth – nose protection is mandatory at the Spa Reception and in the changing rooms.
COVID-19 HYGIENE RESPONSE CERTIFICATE
Our establishment has the Covid-19 Hygiene Response Certificate by Preverisk Group.
This certificate means that our hotel has satisfactory implemented a seriees of measures adressed to prevent
or mitigate the potencial spread of Covid-19 illness amongst their guests, staff and visitors.
These measures are based on international recommendations issued by official bodies
like the World Health Organisation and other international bodies (HPA, CDC, ELDSNET, etc), plus National regulations.
These measures have been adapted to the different departaments and activities (hotel, excursion, restaurant, etc.)
A risk-based approach has been adopted when looking at their operations.
